A simple habit tracker with the following features -
* Choose any 3 habits of your choice to track your progress on
* You will get hourly reminders between 9 AM and 5 PM (Your local time) every day and you can track how you are doing with respect to each of your chosen habit over the last 1 hour and record it
* You can view a dashboard of your progress over the last 7 days
* You can edit your habits and change to any new habit you may want to track (Any 3 habits of your choice at any given point of time)
* You can turn off the hourly notifications when you dont want to be disturbed
* You can turn on the notifications at your own will when you want to track a habit(s)
I believe that we get what we measure, so the best way to cultivate a new habit is to measure how you are doing via frequent (Hourly) reminders that lets you do so and then track your progress over time. For example, I have chosen to start with 3 habits - Posture (To keep a relaxed but erect posture), Breathe (To practice slow and deep diaphragmatic breathing) and Flow (To be fully involved in the task at hand without getting lost in the web somewhere!) and the app has been super beneficial to keep me on the track and develop many life changing habits! So, sharing the app with all of you so you could also change your life, 3 habits at a time!!! So, this holiday season - do not make resolutions, just make new habits and stick to them!!!
